Refunds & Returns
Not happy with your order? Read this first.
We want you to love what you ordered — and if you don't, we'll make it right. The fastest way to a refund is to email support@shopatmarlow.com. We handle refunds proactively and approve most within 24 hours, no long forms. Reaching out to us is always the quickest way to get your money back.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If something's wrong or you're simply not satisfied, email support@shopatmarlow.com and we'll refund you — quickly and with no hassle.
I have a problem with my order — what should I do?
Just email support@shopatmarlow.com first. Almost any issue — wrong item, missing item, late delivery, or simply changing your mind — we can sort out directly and refund you the same day. Contacting us is always the fastest way to a resolution.
My item arrived damaged, wrong, or never showed up.
We've got you. Email support@shopatmarlow.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll send a replacement or a full refund right away — your choice.
How long do refunds take?
We approve eligible refunds within 24 hours of your email. After that it takes 3–5 business days for the funds to land back on your card, depending on your bank.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email support@shopatmarlow.com and we'll guide you through it. In many cases we can refund you without even needing the item back.
Do I have to send the product back to get a refund?
Not always. For many items we refund without requiring a return. Just email us and we'll let you know — no surprises.
Why did I only receive 1 item from a Buy 1 Get 1 offer?
Bundle items sometimes ship separately and may arrive a day or two apart. If your second item hasn't arrived, email support@shopatmarlow.com with your order number and we'll track it down or make it right.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check it any time on our order tracking page.
I haven't received my order — what now?
First check your tracking link. If it's been longer than expected or tracking looks stuck, email support@shopatmarlow.com with your order number and we'll track it down or refund you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@shopatmarlow.com as quickly as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus the secure express checkout options shown at checkout.
I see a charge I don't recognize.
No need to worry — that's us. Depending on the product line, your order may appear on your statement under one of our billing names: UPSKINENEW, AIHALOSKIN, GLOWVA, SKINRENEW or SKINGLOWCOLLAGEN. These are all part of our company, so a charge under any of them is perfectly normal If you're unsure about a charge, email support@shopatmarlow.com with the amount and date.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Why was I charged twice?
Sometimes a temporary authorization can look like a second charge — it drops off on its own within a few days. If a genuine double charge ever happens, email support@shopatmarlow.com and we'll refund the extra one immediately.
